We respect your privacy. This policy explains which personal data we collect through this website and our emails, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Dutch law.
The party responsible for your personal data is Timternational B.V., a private limited company (B.V.) based in the Netherlands, trading as Tim Verdouw. Our contact details are at the bottom of this page. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Timternational B.V.
When you sign up for our emails, we collect your first name and email address. We also record the date and time of your sign-up, the page you signed up on, and the campaign source if it is in the link you came from. We also keep the text that was shown to you when you signed up, as proof of what you agreed to.
We use this data to send you our emails: product reviews, recommendations, bonus announcements and promotional offers, including affiliate offers. We send these emails daily. Our legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
When we send you an email, our email system records whether it was delivered, whether it bounced, whether you opened it, which links you clicked, whether you marked it as spam, and whether you unsubscribed. We use this to deliver our emails, to keep our list healthy, to see which content is useful, and to make sure we stop emailing people who unsubscribe. Our legal basis is your consent, and our legitimate interest in keeping our list clean and our emails deliverable (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you email us or use a contact form, we use your name, email address and message to answer you. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering your request.
When you visit this website, technical data is processed, such as your IP address, browser type, device, language, the page you came from, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this to keep the website secure and working, and to understand how it is used.
If you click an affiliate link, the vendor or affiliate network (for example JVZoo or WarriorPlus) may place cookies to track the referral and the sale. We do not receive your payment details. The privacy policy of that vendor or network applies to the data you give them.
We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with companies that help us run our website and emails, and they process it on our behalf:
We may also share data when the law requires it.
Some of these companies are located outside the European Economic Area, for example in the United States. When that happens, we rely on safeguards that the GDPR allows, such as an EU adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
If an email address keeps bouncing, or if an email is marked as spam, we stop sending to that address.
Every email we send contains an unsubscribe link. You can also email us to unsubscribe. It is free, and we process it promptly. Withdrawing your consent does not affect the processing we did before you withdrew it.
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
To use these rights, email us. We answer within one month. If you are not happy with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) at autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl.
This website uses cookies and similar technologies that are needed for it to work. Other parties, such as Google and the affiliate networks mentioned above, may set their own cookies, for example for analytics, advertising and remarketing. Their own privacy policies apply to those cookies. You can refuse or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the website may then work less well.
You can manage how Google shows you ads at adssettings.google.com.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
This website and our emails are not meant for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.
We can update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
